ELIGIBILITY:- To get Training and to become the certified Forensic Expert at FSI (FORENSIC SERVICES-INDIA) in any States of India, the basic qualification must be-

- Diploma in Forensic Science

- B.Sc Forensic Science

- M.Sc Forensic Science 

PURPOSE OF TRAINING-

The main purpose of this training on the real Court cases is to motivate the students to become a Private Forensic Handwriting & Fingerprint Expert in any States of India. This professional training on the real Cases is very helpful to start Private Consultancy work in any State of India. After getting training, trainee can start self practice as a Private Forensic Expert and can handle Cases individually in Civil and Criminal litigation and can submit his/her Expert Report U/S 39 of BSA.

STRUCTURE OF TRAINING:- Real Court Cases Examination, Report Writing format,  Legal Proceeding including Examination in Chief & Cross Examination as an Expert Witness

Q: 1 What is the main purpose of this training?

Q:2  Sir, do you provide online training or Offline training?

Ans:- Our training is online. However, it doesn't make any impact towards learning practical skill because we provide Court cases directly on which you will have to work on your computer/Laptop. Disputed and Admitted Documents are provided through Wetransfer on the mail ID in PDF format on which expert report to be prepared by the trainee.

Q:3 Can trainee learn everything by online mode ?

Ans: Yes, since this training is based on the Court cases of private sector on which report is prepared by comparing the side by side comparison of the enlarged photographs of the admitted and disputed Signatures. It is pertinent to mention here that Court never provide/handover the original documents to the private Expert therefore they give report on the basis of enlarged photographs after taking the photos from the judicial file. Thus, this procedure can be learnt easily from distant mode.

Q:- 4 Which types of Legal Cases you provide in this training program?

Ans:- We provide only those cases which comes in the court of law during professional practice of Forensic Expert. In private practice, cases pertaining to the comparison of signatures/fingerprint are assigned to the private Expert on which expert report is filed in the court of law. Thus in short, our training is based on the "Comparison Cases" of handwriting and Fingerprint. We provide real court cases of comparison in this training program which are approximately 20 in numbers.

Q:-5 What is the duration of training?

Ans:- 4 to 5 months or more. We provide total 20 Court cases along with the Legal Proceedings and guide step by step systematically.

Q6:- Is there any specific timing for training?

Ans- There is no time boundations of this training. Student can take maximum time to solve the cases and to submit the final report. Student will have to submit report as per his/her skill. Thereafter we will give you proper guidance through our expert report . Each case may take 3-4 days to complete.

Q-7: What kinds of instruments/tools are required in the examination of signatures/fingerprint in this training?

Ans: The basis requirements are as under:-

- Computer/Laptop having Window10

- MS Office for report typing 

- Adobe Photoshop for cropping the signatures for the purpose of photo-enlargement

Q-9: Sir, Do you provide any training regarding the use of VSC (video Spectral comparator) for ink examination, Counterfeit currency, age of ink, examination of Paper, Pencil, indented writing, Obliteration, secret writing, Charred Documents, fingerprint lifting from crime scene and other instruments technique used in documents division ?

Ans: No. Since, there is no demand of such type of cases in Legal Sector, so we do not offer any training on the aforesaid subjects. In such type of queries whenever arises in any court case then, Court refer the original documents to the FSL. Cases only related to the authorship of the signatures/handwriting and identity or non-identity of the fingerprint are assigned to the Private Experts.
